Sets the ImGui global style touch extra padding values.
ImGui.Style:setTouchExtraPadding(touchextrapaddingx,touchextrapaddingy)

touchextrapaddingx: (number) the window touch extra padding x value
touchextrapaddingy: (number) the window touch extra padding y value
