Initialises the plugin.
(object) = chroma.new(devices,title,description,name,contact,category)
Parameters
devices: (table) nil for all otherwise some of these: {"keyboard","mouse","headset","mousepad","keypad","chromalink"} optional
title: (string) Name of application. optional
description: (string) Description of the application. optional
name: (string) Publisher name. optional
contact: (string) Contact information. optional
category: (string) 'application' or 'game' (default) optional
